Citi / Meredith

After a year of unsuccessful attempts to arrange a meeting, we created interactive mailers mirroring Citi’s ad campaign to get their attention. Tied to core platforms (Family, Home, Food, Fashion, Pharmacy, Travel), these light-hearted weekly puzzles illustrate that Meredith’s audience of 75 million women should not be ignored. In conclusion, a recap brochure was sent to offer Citi prominent positioning across all titles. Each of 13 partially die-cut magazine image opens to reveal the possibilities—a Citi brand ad just behind the cover. Midway the client requested that we target four additional people to the eight receiving our mailings. They did finally returned our calls!
